Stephen BozzoStephen Bozzo, Senior Vice President/Chief Information Office, 1-800-FLOWERS.COM
Stephen Bozzo is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, a position he assumed in April, 2007. Mr. Bozzo is responsible for all aspects of IT Planning, Development, Delivery Management, Infrastructure, and E-Commerce.

Mr. Bozzo came to 1-800-FLOWERS.COM with vast experience in technology. Prior to joining the company, he served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the international division of MetLife Insurance Company for four years, where he was responsible for the management and oversight of MetLife locations in 17 countries. While there, Mr. Bozzo created regional hosting facilities, established global outsourcing relationships, a governance process, and a new IT organization. Before MetLife, Mr. Bozzo’s held positions at Bear Stearns as Managing Director, AIG as Senior Vice President of Telecommunications and Technical Services, and Chase Manhattan Bank, where he served as Senior Vice President of Global Telecommunications before leaving after 17 years of service.

Mr. Bozzo holds a B.B.A. in accounting and computer science from Pace University, an MS in computer science from the Polytechnic University, and a certificate from the Graduate Program for Executives from Carnegie Mellon University. He has been a member of many associations including the Board of Directors for the Security Industry Association Technology Committee, the Education Committee of the International Communications Association, the Advisory Board for New York City Technical College, and director of the Wall Street Telecommunications Association.

Brian CompBrian D. Comp, PMP-Associate Vice President, Technology Services
Brian Comp has served as Associate Vice President of Technology Services for Norton Healthcare based in Louisville, KY since April of 2007. Brian’s responsibilities include providing strategic direction, operational leadership, and technology oversight for Information Services at Norton Healthcare. Brian has a functional role within Information Services that encompasses data center operations, BC/DR, voice and data networking, data warehousing, data integration, database and web development. Brian joined Norton Healthcare in March of 2003 as Director of Technology, before being promoted to Division Director of Technology in 2006.

Through Brian and his team’s leadership, Norton Healthcare has accommodated storage growth of >50% year after year while reducing incremental costs. The teams have scaled and improved data backup and retention operations, consequently improving end user customer service and satisfaction. Currently the teams are working to further develop business continuity/disaster recovery of the production data center by architecting and building a second data center in the Louisville region.  Their long term vision is to provide their end users with 99.999% system uptime by leveraging their investment in the second data center.

Brian has extensive experience in leadership, focusing on strategic planning, project management, information technology, business development, consulting, customer service, and retail operations. His experience includes tenure with companies like Kroger, Office Depot, Computer City, consulting firms, various startup companies, and Norton Healthcare. Brian combines a strong business and technology management background with a high degree of professionalism.

Brian is a member of the national Project Management Institute (PMI), and the Kentuckiana chapter of PMI. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from the University of Louisville-School of Business. Brian has also earned his MBA from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY. Currently Brian teaches Project Management to Graduate students at Bellarmine University. Brian is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Scott DennullScott Dennull, Director, Enterprise Infrastructure, Dayton Power & Light        
Scott Dennull joined DP&L as the Associate Director, Enterprise Architecture on October 1, 2008.  Prior to his appointment he served at CareSource Management Group as the Director of Infrastructure & Support Services or four years.  In his tenure, he has overseen the development of Technical Solution Strategies, Enabling Technology Roadmaps, IT Service Portfolio, and worked with the business to create a Business Service Portfolio.  Scott spent 20 years in a large international company holding various IT professional positions from 1984 – 2004.  He has completed the Toastmasters International Communication and Leadership Programs earning the Competent and Able Toastmaster certifications.  Scott speaks at national industry conferences (ex. ComputerWorld IM, ITIM, and AFCOM) on various Infrastructure topics.         

Roland EtcheverryRoland Etcheverry, Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Champion Technologies
Roland is the Chief Information Officer  at Champion Technologies, a chemicals manufacturer for the oil and gas industry.  Roland is in charge of all IT operations globally for the business and recently led his team in the rebuilding of the company's entire IT infrastructure to streamline system operations.  Before joining Champion in 1994, Etcheverry served as Vice President, IT at Cooper Compression where he reorganized the provision of IT services in order to significantly reduce staffing and costs.  Before that he spent seven years at Ingersoll-Rand as part of both the Air Solutions Group and the Centrifugal Compressor Division and eight years at EAC Systems as Director of the Automated Systems Department.

Tom GraveTom Grave, Director, Product Management, Diligent Technologies, an IBM Company
Tom Grave is the Director of Product Management for Diligent Technologies, an IBM Company since April 2008. In this role he leads a team responsible for all aspects of product planning, product marketing, and Field enablement. Mr. Grave joined Diligent in 2002, and played a key role in defining and launching the platform that would become ProtecTIER--Diligent's flagship data de-duplication offering, and the primary driver of IBM's interest in acquiring the company. Launched in 2005, ProtecTIER has established itself as the only proven enterprise de-duplication solution on the market. This technology is now at the heart of the IBM Systems Storage TS7600 line of enterprise de-duplication offerings.

Mark HokansonMark Hokanson, Director, Business Applications, Fair Isaac Corporation
Mark Hokanson, Director of Business Applications, is responsible for managing the engineering and technical teams supporting ERP, Database Technology, Enterprise Storage and Backup & Recovery. Over the past 3 years, he has worked to expand the Fair Isaac backup infrastructure to include encryption, de-duplication, virtual tape, backup-to-disk, remote replication, and split-mirror recovery. Mark Hokanson has previously held IT management positions for Thomson Corporation and IBM. Mark has a degree in Management Information Systems from Augburg College in Minneapolis, MN.

As founder and CEO of TheInfoPro (TIP), Ken Male recognized the importance that market intelligence plays in both making sound decisions and understanding the conditions of an IT sector's competitive landscape.  In 2001, leveraging over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Ken developed TIP's voice of the customer approach to research.  Prior to founding TIP, Ken held distinguished positions with IT providers and market research firms including Gartner, Giga, Jupiter, DEC, and EMC. He is an avid speaker at industry conferences and events and frequently provides industry briefings and commentary to such major news organizations as Forbes, CNBC, Dow Jones, Storage Magazine, InformationWeek, Financial Times, and InfoStor.

John Michaels, Chief Technology Officer for Maxim Group LLC, a mid-level Wall Street financial institution with over $10 billion dollars in assets under management which employs over 400 professional investment advisors throughout 4 separate geographic locations.

John is a Senior Partner at Maxim and helped grow the firm from the ground up.  Prior to Maxim Group,  John was the LAN Manager for Investec Ernst & Company, where he oversaw the Disaster Recovery Data Center.

Ron MiltonRon Milton, Executive Vice President, Computerworld and InfoWorld
Ron manages the events business, awards programs, and strategic programs for IT management in existing and emerging technology sectors. Milton leads the team responsible for maintaining IT executive relationships, creating content, sponsor sales, operations, marketing, and audience development for these 40-50 events and 8 awards programs per year. Ron founded brands such as Premier 100®, Storage Networking World®, Business Intelligence Perspectives® and Green IT Symposium®. Ron frequently emcees industry conferences and moderates IT industry technology panels and roundtables at both multi-day conferences and regional events. He is also responsible for the same businesses at InfoWorld® and the Computerworld Honors Program®.

He has 25 years of experience in information technology, serving in both vendor and information technology management positions. Before his current role at IDG, Ron was Senior Vice President of CXO Media and General Manager of CIO Magazine's Executive Program Division. Prior to joining Computerworld in 1999, he was President and CEO of IDG's Internet Commerce (ICE) business unit, which he founded in 1996 as a start-up business, and was a pioneer in using e-commerce systems and web marketing. He was a 1996 recipient of the coveted IDG Chairman\'s Award for the most successful start-up business globally. Before joining IDG, Milton spent five years as Vice President/Partner of GLA Computer Systems, a software developer and channel integrator. He also held a variety of general management positions in channel management, field sales and marketing at Honeywell Information Systems and Bull HN. He holds degrees from Sir George Williams University and Concordia University.

Jan RideoutJan Rideout, Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Shipbuilding Gulf Coast Sector, Northrop Grumman Corporation
Jan Rideout is Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Northrop Grumman Corporation’s Shipbuilding sector, Gulf Coast.

In this role, Jan establishes direction and oversees the execution of all information technology (IT) activities and initiatives within the sector’s Gulf Coast operations including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications.   She supports the full spectrum of IT applications from human resources, financials, engineering, procurement and manaufacturing and has been a leader in implementing wireless technology in shipyard manufacturing.  Jan is also responsible for the successful program management of  all  IT related projects. 

Jan is an IT professional with over 25 years of IT experience and rejoined Northrop Grumman in November 2001 after serving as vice president, Enterprise Resource Planning and Corporate Systems for Bechtel Group, Inc., of San Francisco, Calif.  Prior to her role at Bechtel, Jan successfully served in a number of Northrop Grumman corporate and sector-level positions including director, Integrated Enterprise Solutions; director, Y2K Program Office; as well as holding management positions for Software Engineering, IT Help Desk, IT Procedures and Asset Management and Operations Systems Support.

Jan earned her master’s degree in business administration, management information systems, from the University of Dallas in Dallas, Texas, and bachelor’s degree in accounting from Brooklyn College in Brooklyn, New York.  In January of 2005, Jan was selected as one of Computerworld’s Premier 100 IT Leaders.
